TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Amlin plc("Amlin") advises the market that its issued capital as at the 30th Novemberconsisted of 537,378,408 ordinary shares of 25p each fully paid ("shares"). Thevoting rights of all these shares are identical, with each share carrying theright to one vote. Amlin holds no treasury shares. The increase in shares in issue during November resulted from exercises of shareoptions. Such issues are included within relevant listings granted by the UKListing Authority and the London Stock Exchange.
