TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
Further to the announcement dated 31 March 2015 by Cable & Wireless Communications Plc ("CWC") relating to the completion of the acquisition by CWC of the entire issued share capital of Columbus International Inc., CWC wishes to notify the market of the following:
As at 1 April 2015, CWC's issued share capital consists of 4,475,953,616 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of USD 0.05 and voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). CWC also holds 137,488,873 Ordinary Shares in treasury, in each case without voting rights.
Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in CWC with voting rights is 4,338,464,743.
The above figure (4,338,464,743) may be used by shareholders in CWC as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of CWC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
