22 October 2025 - Following recent share option exercise transactions by employees, the Company has transferred Ordinary Shares previously held in treasury to satisfy those share option exercise transactions.

As a result, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 35,542,169 Ordinary Shares, of which 110,302 remain held in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 35,431,867. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
