Tullett Prebon plc Voting Rights and Capital - Further Announcement
Further to the announcement made on behalf of the Company on 29 December 2006, the Company has had gifted back to it shares for cancellation and so an announcement is required in conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provisions:
Tullett Prebon plc's issued share capital consists of 212,338,139 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Tullett Prebon plc is 212,338,139.
The above figure of 212,338,139 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Tullett Prebon plc under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
