Each Ordinary Share in issue carries one vote in the event of a poll of shareholders. No shares are held by Stagecoach Group plc in Treasury. The total shares in issue has increased from 1,100,081,170 as at 30 January 2007 to 1,100,290,292 as at 27 February 2007 as a result of shares issued to satisfy the exercise of share options by employees.
