TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Betfair Group plc (the "Company") confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in issue at the close of business on the 30 August 2013 (being the last trading day of August) is 104,722,146 at 0.1p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. No ordinary shares are held in treasury therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 104,722,146.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
