Arria NLG plc (AIM: NLG), a leader in the development and deployment of Natural Language Generation ("NLG") technologies, announces that the Company's share capital as at 31 December 2013 consists of 102,562,724 ordinary shares of £0.001, with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company holds no shares in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 102,562,724. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
