In accordance with Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, and following the admission of new GCAP Shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company as at 8 July 2020 are as follows:
