Total Voting Rights: Month End Disclosure

International Workplace Group plc (the "Company") confirms that at the close of business on 30 June 2025 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 1,036,595,965 ordinary shares of USD 0.0124 each (the "Ordinary Shares").

20,468,890 Ordinary Shares were held by the Company as treasury shares with no voting rights.

Therefore, at the close of business on 30 June 2025 the total number of voting rights in the Company was 1,016,127,075. Shareholders may use this figure (1,016,127,075) as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules ("DTR").

The total number of voting rights above (1,016,127,075) includes 173,600 shares purchased for cancellation on 30 June 2025, which will be cancelled following settlement.

This announcement is made in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
