In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Evolution Group PLC (the "Company") we would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's share capital as at 31 December 2008 consists of 224,477,637 ordinary shares of 1p each, with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
