Total Voting Rights

Further to the Company's announcement of the completion of the acquisition of AP WIP Investments Holdings, LP and the related private placement by the Company on 10 February 2020, the Company announces that, in accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, as at 11 February 2020, the Company has 58,425,000 Ordinary Shares in issue, each carrying voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 58,425,000 ("Total Voting Rights").

The Total Voting Rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interest in voting rights, or a change to that interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
