Total Voting Rights

In accordance with rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Informa PLC (the "Company") hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at 30 November the Company's total issued share capital and total number of voting rights comprised of 1,251,626,356 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
