Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, The Go-Ahead Group plc ("Go-Ahead") is required to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 September 2008, Go-Ahead's capital consisted of 42,982,504 ordinary shares of 10p each, with voting rights. The company also held 3,902,230 ordinary shares in Treasury with no voting rights.
The above figure of 42,982,504 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in Go-Ahead under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
