Following the recent announcement, dated 21 June 2018 in respect of the Compulsory Partial Redemption of Shares, the Company confirms that the current Total Voting Rights are as follows:
2,214,770 Ordinary GBP Shares 7,413,452 Ordinary USD SharesNumber of votes each Share shall be entitled to on a poll at any general meeting of the Company (applying the Weighted Voting Calculation as described in the Prospectus published by the Company on 6 November 2007):

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations, by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
