Total Voting Rights
In accordance with FCA Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, as at 31 May 2018, the Company's total issued share capital comprises of 1,154,722,984 ordinary shares of no par value, each carrying one vote. The Company does not currently hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,154,722,984.
The above figure of 1,154,722,984 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
