Total Voting Rights
Following the Rights Issue announced by the Company on 10 July 2009 and pursuant to DTR 5.6.1, Northgate plc's issued Ordinary share capital as at 12 August 2009 comprises 1,326,028,495 shares with voting rights.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Northgate plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
