Total Voting Rights

The following amendments have been made to the Signet Jewelers Limited - Total Voting Rights and Capital announcement released on 2 February 2016 at 16:00 under RNS No 8342N.

The number of shares held in US Treasury was reported as 7,289,687 and should have read 7,344,102.

The total number of voting rights in the Company was reported as 79,488,915 and should have read 79,434,500.

All other details remain unchanged.

Signet Jewelers Limited - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Signet Jewelers Limited (the "Company") announces the following:

On 29 January 2016 the Company had an issued share capital of 87,182,055 common shares of US$0.18 each, consisting of 403,453 shares held in UK Treasury and 7,344,102 shares held in US Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 79,434,500.

The above figure of 79,434,500 may be used by shareholders as the denominator when calculating their interests in the Company, for the purpose of determining whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
