In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30th June 2020, the Company's issued share capital consists of 208,807,952 Ordinary shares of no par value, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 30th June 2020, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 208,807,952.

The above figure (208,807,952) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
