Access Intelligence plc (AIM: ACC), announces that the Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement comprises 348,674,357 ordinary shares, with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 29,666,667 Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in the Company is 319,007,690.

The above figure of 319,007,690 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
