TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In conformity with Transparency Rules of the Financial Regulator, Aminex announces the following:
As at the date of this announcement, Aminex's issued share capital consists of 429,933,711 ordinary shares (with a nominal value of 6 cent each) with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Aminex is 429,933,711.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as a denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Aminex under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the Interim Transparency Rules.
