Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Puricore Plc's share capital as at 31 March 2011 consists of 25,003,770 ordinary shares of 10p each, with voting rights. None of the ordinary shares are held by the company in treasury.
The above figure (25,003,770) maybe used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
