Total Voting Rights

National Express Group PLC ('NEG') - Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 March 2012 the issued share capital of NEG consists of 511,726,026 Ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.

The above figure (511,726,026) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, NEG under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

This figure has increased from the previously notified figure of 510,057,338 following the sale on 5 March 2012 by the Company of 1,668,688 Ordinary shares held in treasury.
