Further to the issue of 51,850 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the block listing scheme announced today, Arden's issued share capital comprises 25,507,763 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,933,521 Ordinary Shares are now held in treasury, leaving a balance of 23,574,242 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (23,574,242 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
