Micro Focus International plc's capital consists of 229,348,908 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Micro Focus International plc is 229,348,908.

The above figure (229,348,908) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Micro Focus International plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
