In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, and further to its announcements on 2 March 2011, BBA Aviation plc advises that:

BBA Aviation plc's issued share capital as at 7 March 2011 consists of 475,637,444 ordinary shares with voting rights. No shares are held by the Company in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in BBA Aviation plc is 475,637,444. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, BBA Aviation plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
