The increase from 120,762,136 ordinary 50p shares on 31 October 2007 is due tothe issue of 53,695 shares under the Scrip Dividend alternative and 14,317shares to satisfy the exercise of share options. Bovis Homes Group PLC does not hold any shares in Treasury.
