Mothercare plc's capitalnow consists of 87,203,690 (at previous month end disclosure, 73,355,313)ordinary shares with voting rights. Mothercare plc holds no shares in treasury,therefore the total voting rights in Mothercare are 87,203,690 (previously73,355,313).
