Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Blackstone / GSO Loan Financing Limited ("the Company"), notifies the market of the following:

As at 5.00pm on 30 June 2019, the Company's issued share capital consisted of the following shares, denominated in Euros:

402,319,490 Ordinary Shares of no par value, each carrying the right to 1 vote; and

133,451,107 C Shares of no par value, carrying no voting rights.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 402,319,490. The Company holds 2,380,956 Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The above figure (402,319,490) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
