Tullett Prebon plc Voting Rights and Capital - Further Announcement
Further to the announcement, concerning the acquisition of Primex Energy Brokers Ltd, made by the Company on 17 March 2008, the Company has issued new shares and so an announcement is required in conformity with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Tullett Prebon plc's issued share capital consists of 215,231,015 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in Tullett Prebon plc is 215,231,015.
The above figure of 215,231,015 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Tullett Prebon plc under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
