Rexam PLC Voting Rights and Capital

Rexam, the global consumer packaging company, notifies the market that as at 31 March 2013 Rexam PLC's capital consisted of 791,086,821 ordinary shares of 713/7 pence each, each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote at general meetings and 8,271,056 B shares of 45 pence each with no voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Rexam PLC as at 31 March 2013 is 791,086,821. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which to determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Rexam PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
