In line with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Alternative Networks plc announces that as at today's date, the Company's total issued share capital is 48,558,133 ordinary shares of 0.125p each.
Alternative Networks plc holds 1,000,000 shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Alternative Networks plc is 47,558,133.
The above figure 47,558,133 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Alternative Networks plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
