As at 31 January 2015 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 42,976,264 Ordinary shares of 25p with voting rights

The above figure (42,976,264) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Henderson Value Trust plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
