Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the 'Rules'), we notify the market of the following:
As at 31 December 2018 the issued capital of the Company comprised of 519,901,503 ordinary shares of 1 pence. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury and accordingly, the total number of voting rights is 519,901,503. All of the issued ordinary shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
