Total Voting Rights

Entertainment One Ltd. makes the following announcement in accordance with Rule 5.6.1A of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 

Following the issue of new common shares pursuant to the completion of the rights issue announced on 20 October 2015, the Company's issued share capital as at 20 October 2015 consisted of 427,297,562 common shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 427,297,562.

The total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
