Domino's Pizza UL & IRL plc's capital consists of 161,309,184 ordinary shares of 1.5625p each with voting rights. Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc holds no shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Domino's Pizza IRL plc is
161,309,184.
The above figure of 161,309,184 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Domino's Pizza UK & IRL plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
