As at 30 April 2015, Bunzl plc's share capital consisted of 334,822,820 ordinary shares with voting rights. Bunzl plc does not hold any shares in treasury.

The above figure of 334,822,820 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will be determined if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bunzl plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
