As at 31 August 2012, Bunzl plc's capital consisted of 354,815,297 ordinary shares with voting rights of which Bunzl plc holds 23,325,000 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Bunzl plc is 331,490,297.
