Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that the total issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement consists of 77,979,412 ordinary shares of 1p each, each carrying the right to one vote.
There are no shares held in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 77,979,412.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
