In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, UBM plc today announces the following:

As at 31 December 2015, the Company’s issued share capital consists of 442,977,538 ordinary shares (with a nominal value of 10 pence each) with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in UBM plc is 442,977,538.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, UBM plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
