TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

 

 

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R the Company hereby notifies the market that as at 2 October 2023:

 

 

·                

the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 234,244,437 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares");

·                

the Company held 10,094,838 Ordinary Shares in Treasury; and

·                

the total number of voting rights in the Company was therefore 224,149,599.

 

The above figure, 224,149,599 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
