Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("Rules"), we notify the market of the following:
The Company's share capital has increased to 161,508,593 shares of 3 5/9p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 161,508,593.
The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Rules.
