Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, BBA Aviation plc advises that:

The total number of ordinary shares in issue as at 31 December 2015 is 1,044,527,503 with 13,604,808 shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in BBA Aviation plc is 1,030,922,695. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, BBA Aviation plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
