Total Voting Rights

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's registered capital comprises 160,862,876 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

This figure of 160,862,876 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
