In conformity with DTR 5.6.1, RPC Group Plc is required to notify the market of the following:

RPC Group Plc's issued share capital consists of ordinary 5p shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in RPC Group Plc is 414,577,961*

The above figure may be used by shareholders for calculating if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

* Figure includes a total of 200,000 shares which have been bought back, as previously announced on 28 July 2017 and 31 July 2017, but these shares are yet to be cancelled. These purchases were accordance with the Company's share buy-back programme, details of which were announced on 19 July 2017.
