Total Voting Rights

INTU PROPERTIES PLC (the "Company") VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of thefollowing: During October 2013, the Company allotted 13,213 ordinary shares in order tosatisfy the exercise of employee share options. As a result, the Company'sissued share capital as at 31 October 2013 consists of 967,007,869 ordinaryshares of 50 pence each with voting rights. The Company does not hold anyordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Intu Properties plc is967,007,869. The above figure 967,007,869 may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
