Journey Group Plc (AIM: JNY), a leading provider of in-flight products, catering and media services to the international airline and travel industry, announces that, as at 30 June 2011, the Company has a total of 295,251,619 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 295,251,619.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
