VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following:
Shaftesbury PLC's (the "Company") capital consists of 135,363,421 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 135,363,421.
The above figure (135,363,421) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
