Voting Rights and Capital
In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules we would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's capital consists of 58,367,660 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Carluccio's is 58,367,660.
The above figure of 58,367,660 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Carluccio's under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
