No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Following the approval of the acquisition of Fast Track Sales Limited on 30April 2007 application was made to the London Stock Exchange for the admissionof 10,000,000 shares. These shares were admitted to trading today. Therefore for the purposes of the Transparency Directive the total number ofissued shares with voting rights in Chime Communications PLC is currently264,047,313 ordinary shares of 5 pence each.
