Total Voting Rights
In conformity with Paragraph 5.6.1R of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital consists of 649,906,209 ordinary shares of 2p each with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of shares in the Company with voting rights is therefore 649,906,209.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
